Engagement Director

Engagement Directors are the leaders of the agency. They manage multiple clients, are required to constantly pitch social and digital ideas, ideate social media strategies and manage high quality execution across many different media channels with the support of their large teams of managers, writers, strategists and designers.

Job Requirements:

  1. According to client’s brief: ideate, plan, manage and execute brand social media digital strategies.
  2. Lead team in market research and analysis; develop successful competitive digital strategies.
  3. Understand and use a variety of media channels flexibly.
  4. Possess strong Chinese writing skills and a sense of design and consumer psychology.
  5. Be excellent in planning, project execution and team leadership.
  6. Have high interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Organize, manage, and quality control 3rd parties to develop client social and digital assets.
  8. Establish great client relationships and help ease the flow of communications between all parties.

  4. Must be familiar with China social media (BBS, Weibo, WeChat, KOLs, etc).
  5. Must be firm, confident, optimistic, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
  6. Must be fluent in both Chinese and English; spoken and written required.

Engagement Manager

互动经理

Engagement Managers are the foundation of the agency. They are responsible for a select number of clients and must know client brands and products inside-out. An ability to manage multiple resources is crucial, from 3rd party vendors, popular key opinion leaders, client resources, media partners, while controlling for quality in content creative, operations and execution among their team.

互动经理作为重要的基础管理人员,负责管理数个客户项目,且必须非常熟悉客户品牌和产品。互动经理必须具备管理多方资源的能力,包括第三方供应商、社交媒体意见领袖、客户资源、媒体合作伙伴等,同时,他们也需要对客户项目中的创意、内容, 运营以执行进行高质量的把控。

Job Requirements:

  7. Troubleshoot operation issues, ensure proper execution and achievement of KPI goals.

Engagement Executives are the right hand of the agency. They are responsible for getting very deep into one specific client project. They search across the web analyzing sentiment, user interactions and social engagements. They find up-and-coming influencers and hot new platforms. They are responsible for communicating with the client on a daily basis and are caretakers of the brand’s social accounts.

互动执行作为项目执行中最得力的助手,必须熟知自己负责的客户项目。他们管理客户品牌社交媒体官方账号的日常运作,与客户的日常沟通,并负责分析客户品牌的社交媒体口碑、互动表现。同时,他们不断发掘具有影响力的热门社交媒体平台和热门意见领袖。

Content Strategist

Content Strategists are adept at strategic thinking, creative writing, consumer psychology and have an intuitive understanding of what makes China’s netizens engage with global brands. They are responsible for taking standard brand communications and polishing them into easily read, interactive social media posts. Content strategists are also responsible for exploratory new creative ideas and executing tactics that open new channels of interested consumers online for client brands.

Research Analyst

社会化媒体数据研究员

Research Analysts are driven by curiosity and enjoy digging into questions and examining answers from multiple points of view. They are adept at quickly re-engineering the digital strategies of social brands by analyzing the results they see online. Research Analysts also know how to communicate what they’ve discovered, both through powerpoint presentations and face-to-face in consulting meetings with clients and agency partners alike.
